Embroidery is a technique of decorating apparel using a needle and thread where the design is sewn into clothing items such as:

Polos
Hats
Jackets
Sweatshirts/Fleeces
Duffle Bags

How It Works:

Your logo or design first needs to be set-up for embroidery, meaning your artwork needs to be converted from “standard,” or computer artwork form, to an embroidery file (commonly referred to as digitizing). There may or may not be a set-up charge depending upon the complexity of your design. For example, simple “text only” and stock designs do not require a set-up fee while custom logos do). Once digitized, your design is ready to be embroidered (or stitched) into your garment. Here at All Star Sports, we’re able to produce designs with up to 15 colors! Your garments are then placed onto our embroidery system and the design is stitched.
