Screen Printing
Screen printing, or silk screening, is a printing technique used for printing on clothing items such as:
T-Shirts
Sweatshirts
Athletic Uniforms
How It Works:
This process uses inks applied directly to the garment. Your logo or design is separated by color and a screen (or stencil) is created for each ink color needed. The screens are then set-up and aligned on the press. Ink is added and then pressed through the screen onto the garment. The process is repeated for each color in your design (up to 5 colors). The printed garment is then placed on a conveyor belt and sent through a high temperature dryer to cure the ink and insure the design is dried and set.
